Lazy, Hazy Saturday

I have just had the most unproductive weekend ever. Especially after reading Kristi's jam packed Saturday. Adam and I did very little. I missed the RS conference because my fabulous husband let me sleep in while he took care of the little bambino (is a 2 year old really considered little?). I actually woke up at 11am. I know.. shocking. Evidently I really needed the sleep. I guess I should preface this with the fact that I was up until 2am the night before scrapbooking. However, even though it was totally unproductive it was a GREAT day. It was nice to just hang out and enjoy each others company without worrying about the little things. How was your weekend?

I actually pulled a play from your handbook and faked I was asleep. Shameful, but I think it was better for all that I got some sleep.

24 hours to put on a road show that we found out the topic at 6pm friday night, and went on stage at 8 pm Saturday night. I was in charge for our ward, and at 5pm Saturday the lead girl's mother called me to tell me that her daughter did not want to do it. Hmm would have been nice to know at 8 am when we asked her, and she said yes. Sunday, the nurser was shut down do to hand foot and mouth. I am jealous of your scrapbooking and sleeping in, but you also so deserve it.

LKWA - you always seem to be running around like a chicken w. its head cut off (see your previous post about locking child in car-- too busy). i think we all often wonder how it is you maintain your disposition of warmth, alertness and wit all the time! kudos for you and your sleep, and a great hubby who recognizes your unvoiced needs.
