Sunday-
We went to church and I realized that I should have planned a pioneer activity to recognize Pioneer Day on Monday, since I am the new Activities Chairperson. Oh well. I had to work, along with everyone else, so I guess I'm not too terrible.
After church Lulu and I enjoyed a 2 hour nap. Ahhh. We got up and headed to dinner at some friend's house (wow- we have some great friends). It was really fun and we had a delicious Peruvian dinner. My girlfriend is currently pregnant so we talked some about that (she is also a labor and delivery nurse). It was probably a bad idea, because there was another couple at dinner, and the wife is all freaked out about having kids. We didn't have too many terrible stories, but I hope we didn't turn her completely away from having children.
It was a really nice weekend and I enjoyed actually spending some quality time with Adam and Lulu. I cannot imagine how hard it is going to be when Adam goes back to his crazy 80 hour work weeks. I think it is going to be really hard not only on me, but on Lulu.

you had a crazy weekend, but a fun crazy. I am jealous of all the fun dinners. It seems that since we have moved to another state where not a lot of people have left home, we don't get the fun dinners with friends anymore. In Oregon we were always doing dinners since no one had family around. But, here half the ward if not more is from here and has family.
Glad you got to enjoy your time.

Congrats on being the new Activities Chairperson. Can't think of a better person to plan D1's parties. I still think you should get Jen and Carrie to make good on their promise to do a clogging number for the ward. I just might fly out for that one!
