Day 7

Building leading to the Taj Mahal

Taj Mahal

Me

Marcelle next the the side of the Taj Mahal

Ahh- the moment I have been waiting for all trip long- The Taj Mahal. It was actually so much more amazing than I thought it could be. I was in total AWE. It took over 22 years to build and the craftsmanship is just unbelievable. Marcelle and I both found it fascinating that it was so windy. There was this amazing cool breeze around the building the entire time, but once you left the area it was so hot. Marcelle wanted a picture of her skirt flapping in the wind. Absolutely AMAZING.

These picture are fabulous. I have never been, but hope sometime in my life I will go. I have to admit though, it is down on the list a bit.

Is the food as good as it is here?

Coolest coolest picture of the building as seen through the archway of another. Looks like the adventure of a lifetime to me.

Now I'm waiting to see what you thought of Paris!
