What Has Become of Racing?
I'm not sure how many of you are cycling fans, but it has been a sad week for fans. It is amazing to me what a huge issue doping has played in the tour this year. Unfortunately we were reminded yesterday with the expulsion of Michael Rasmussen. Rasmussen was the leader, which also meant he has been wearing the yellow jersey. This week alone race officials have forced 2 other teams to leave the race due to doping issues with a team member.
For the sake of the fans, lets hope they get this issue resolved. I cannot wait to see which rider will wear the yellow jersey in Paris on Sunday.;

The tour has definately lost its luster to me. I am afraid that most people dope, seriously. I remember the good old Greg LeMond days...
Can the doping please just go away? Just stop it. Stop it now.
Oh, but Italy ... wow - looks like you had a blast! Glad you got your luggage back. I htink it's so cool you did that at 7months pregnant. There's no stopping you! And you were also child care giver extraordinnaire over the past few weeks. Just reading about it all made me feel tired!
Welcome home!
