Deep in the Heart of Texas

Nothing against Laura Bush, but I just could not look at her one more day.

It's been an interesting couple of weeks. Life. Work. Kids.

On Friday we went for a little tip toeing through the bluebonnets. I LOVE Texas in April. Whenever I think of life after residency/fellowship etc.. my mind always wanders to the possibility of living in a new place. It makes me a little sad. Oh, we still have plenty of time here (and who knows- maybe forever), but regardless of where we end up, part of me will always belong to Texas.

Emily..
I have a Canon Rebel XT. I was using my 70-300 lens, which totally rocks.

Libby.. would you believe these photos were all done in manual (except focus)!
